Summit unfolds over three days. We begin Sunday with badge pick-up and a special Welcome Dinner to set the tone. Monday and Tuesday bring full days of panels, workshops, shared meals, and evening receptions. The retreat closes on an unforgettable note with NO EGO Karaoke Night backed by a live band. Guests depart Wednesday or stick around longer and enjoy the sunshine before holiday season begins!
