Joe Keilch is an executive coach, consultant, and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience bringing curiosity, empathy, and creativity to helping clients turn bold ideas into breakthrough results. Whether coaching individuals and teams towards meaningful transformation or consulting with leaders on organizational change, Joe combines warmth, kindness, and humor with direct communication and insightful analysis. His multifaceted background includes leading Brand Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Consumer Insights projects for Fortune 500 clients, founding a successful e-commerce business, and performing as an artist in 62 cities across four continents. He holds an MBA from Fordham University, a BA in African American Studies from San Francisco State University, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. His lifelong commitment to learning and growth is evident in his personal interests: Joe is an avid collector of art and design books, records, and 1980s Italian lighting, and has studied organizational development at NYU, architecture and drawing at Cooper Union, and graphic design at UC Berkeley, while also pursuing his interests in real estate, interior design, and photography. Joe has six nieces and nephews and finds his greatest joy in laughing with them.
