THE PERSONAL + PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT FOR HUMANS IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS

After a successful inaugural event last year, the jump.global annual summit will return November 17 - 20 in LA. This multi-day retreat will feature vulnerable conversations with other music business humans, as well as accredited coaches who specialize in working with those in the music industry. Your badge will only have your first and last name – no companies and no titles.

The music industry has a reputation for investing professional development efforts heavily in artists, awards shows, bottles of champagne, and lavish dinners. While these types of events might bring us temporary joy and satisfaction, this summit is for those who want to invest in their personal identities, grow as human beings, and be more effective people - both inside and outside of the music business.
