Livia Piomelli is Head of A&R at a boutique publishing company, Maison Arts, where she’s played a key role in signing and developing artists like Suki Waterhouse, Medasin, John Mark Nelson (Shaboozey), and MOMBRU (Muni Long, Fridayy). She works closely with Maison Arts writers and producers, creating collaborative opportunities and overseeing day-to-day creative operations.
Previously, she was Director of A&R at Big Noise Music Group, where she signed and developed talent including Fridayy (Chris Brown, Jay-Z, DJ Khaled), Stolar (Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato), and John Feldmann (Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, 5SOS). She began her A&R career at Arthouse Entertainment, home to Jon Bellion and Kara DioGuardi, helping cultivate writers and producers like Ingrid Andress, Feli Ferraro, and Pete Nappi.
Livia is known for her artist-first approach, thoughtful dealmaking, and strategic matchmaking. Her work has been recognized in Billboard, Forbes, and as a Billboard Women in Music honoree.
She is also the founder of Motion Creative, a nonprofit supporting community-building and education between creatives and the entertainment industry, with a focus on underserved communities.
