Fulfillment Policy

Thanks for your interest in joining us for this one-of-a-kind gathering for music business professionals who care about growth, connection, and showing up fully. Below is our fulfillment policy, which lays out what you can expect from us, and what we ask in return. It helps keep everything clear and smooth for everyone involved.


What’s included

When you register, you're securing your spot at our in-person event happening November 9-11, 2025 at The LINE LA in Los Angeles, California. Your ticket includes access to all main sessions, programming, meals, and community experiences as outlined in our event overview and schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after you register — and closer to the event, we’ll send more details to help you prepare. 

Please note that travel and lodging are not included in your ticket price. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and transportation to and from the venue.


Payment Terms

All tickets must be paid in full at the time of registration unless you are approved for installment pay plans. We process payments securely through Stripe, and accept all major credit cards. If you're using a promo code or group rate, just be sure to apply it before you check out — we can’t make adjustments after payment is complete.


Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your plans change, please reach out to summit@jump.global— we’ll do our best to help find a solution.

If the event is canceled or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new dates. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the update.


Schedule Revisions & Changes

We do our best to stick to the schedule, but occasionally things shift — speakers, session times, or other event details. We promise to keep you informed of any major changes.


Termination Conditions

This event is built on mutual respect, openness, and kindness. If someone seriously violates those values, we reserve the right to remove them from the event. We hope that never happens — but if it does, we won’t be issuing a refund.


Health & Safety

We’ll follow local health guidelines at the time of the event. If you're feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please stay home. We’ll work with you on a fair solution (like a ticket transfer or credit toward a future event).


Photography & Media Release

By attending, you consent to be photographed and recorded for use in future event marketing. If you'd prefer not to be featured, just let our team know.
