In 2023, she founded Equalizer Consulting as the natural evolution of her insights into metadata and rights management. She is committed to using her knowledge to support fair compensation, effective discovery, and a thriving music ecosystem. Her passion lies in equipping the music community with the knowledge and tools to succeed, whether guiding corporate teams toward data and rights excellence or mentoring individual artists through the intricacies of ownership.
