Marni Wandner is an executive coach, board-certified health coach, and strategic consultant helping high-performing passion-driven professionals (in the music industry and beyond) to do what they love without burning out. She works with individuals as well as organizations helping clients with everything from stress, career transitions, business-building and creative blocks to communication, leadership and time management skills.

 
Her approach blends mindset work, behavioral neuroscience, integrative wellness, nervous system regulation techniques and personality-based framework called the Five Archetypes which helps to quickly identify and break through long-standing patterns.

For over twenty years, Marni built a successful career as a music industry executive and entrepreneur, from artist management and launching her own marketing agency, Sneak Attack Media, to leading the digital marketing department at The Syndicate. Her coaching practice, Future Present, was born out of countless conversations with clients about the tension between staying grounded in the now and building what’s next.
