Paul is Professional Development Director at MMF the world’s largest trade body of music managers. Paul leads on a number of initiatives including Accelerator, supported by YouTube Music a program which has supported the development of 135 UK based music managers representing artists such as The Staves, Bree Runaway, PinkPantheress, Moses Boyd, Nafe Smallz, Nippa, Wes Nelson, Shygirl, and Dry Cleaning. Paul oversees the strategy and development of a wider program oF skills development for the membership of over 1500 music managers.
