Erinn Knight is an experience designer, podcaster and music business educator from Atlanta, Ga.

She co- founded creative agency Build Your Own Dreams with Brandon Boone in 2020. BYOD is focused on building community and scaling events that create infrastructure around the artist economy. 

In May of 2023, Erinn released her first E-Book, “How To Be Excellent, A Beginner’s Guide to Achieving the Unbelievable” after establishing “The Excellence Academy” in 2022. The book landed on 4 different best seller lists. Erinn is dedicated to developing, educating, and encouraging the executives behind artists, and building equitable systems for both.

Erinn recently relocated to Nashville, to build community and infrastructure around Black Country, Folk, and Americana execs and artists.
