    There will be training and conversations intended to elevate your confidence and mindfulness in the workplace with a specific focus on leadership. How do leaders stay motivated in the music business? How can we collectively come together for more productive teamwork towards shared goals?

  • Personal Identity & Goal Setting

    The music business is incredibly fast-paced and often leaves executives and professionals so busy that their personal goals often shift to the wayside. The summit will evoke this theme throughout multiple segments to promote the idea that we can still develop ourselves and our identities – and do the same for artists. The two can co-exist.  

  • Mental Health & Wellness

    Expect real, actionable workshops with tips and tricks to improve your mind and body for both personal and professional productivity. While we will discuss many factors, we will focus on burnout, how to combat it, and how to move forward in a positive way for long term success. No quick fixes here. 

  • Entrepreneurship

    Everyone in the music business can and should be thinking about their lives through the impact and lens of their first and last name. While entrepreneurship can be seen strictly as starting a business, it can also be an idea and something that can inspire the world. Here, we'll feature stories and panels intended for generational transformation. 

  • Effective Communication

    Learn and put into practice your toolkit that will not only change the way you communicate with colleagues, clients, partners, and artists – but also help eliminate your own unhelpful thoughts and feelings. You'll come away empowered with a framework that will change the way you communicate forever. 

  • Financial Literacy

    We’ll explore strategies for managing personal equity, leveraging additional income opportunities, and redefining success. These workshops will help you get financially organized and implement practical strategies, empowering your financial well-being and giving you the confidence to create the future you envision.
