Registration 


Where do I go to check in?

From the lobby, go to the 2nd floor, then turn left from the elevators! You will see a team member at registration! If the elevator is backed up, take the stairs if you can.


I’m speaking at this summit! Where do I go once I’ve checked in?

You can stay around the 2nd floor area but if you need some quiet space, we have an office located on another floor. Ask an Event Staff member to help you.


I'm having trouble with ticketing. Who should I contact?

Food


Will lunch be served?

Yes, Monday and Tuesday there will be a full lunch provided.  Please consult the event schedule for exact times.

Will breakfast be served?

Take a look at the schedule for the latest updates.


Will there be other food options for people with allergies or sensitivities?

Yes, we have done our best to accommodate those who have requested food allergies and sensitivities through our form. At every breakfast, lunch, and reception, there will almost always be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. If you have provided your requests, you should be taken care of. Please find an Event Staff member in case you have any questions or concerns.


Where can I get coffee and other snacks?

Alfred's (in the lobby!) has amazing coffee and snacks available from 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (PT) every day. Make sure to try the vanilla latte!



Attendee Experience 


Who should I discuss my accessibility needs with?

If you need anything in order to fully participate in this event, please find someone from the team and we will do our best to accommodate you. You can also email summit@jump.global or fill out our form at least 5 business days ahead of the event.


Can I take meetings at the conference?

We truly (seriously) hope you take the time to invest in yourself and your development as a human. With that in mind, we ask that you not take any meetings. If it's truly unmovable, ask your person to meet in the lobby of the hotel.


Is there a place I can put my bag/coat?

Please carry all personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items. If you absolutely need to store something, please check in with the Registration table or the front desk in the lobby.


Can I film videos?

No, this is a safe place for attendees and speakers. Photos are okay, but please be sensitive about what you are sharing publicly. This event is strictly off the record, so no audio recordings or videos should be made public unless it is posted by jump.global. 


Is there a dress code?
We suggest upscale casual (pants, shirt, sneakers, etc.). That said, feel free to wear whatever you want!


Is there parking at the hotel?

Parking is at the discretion of all summit attendees. Our special event parking rate at The LINE is $20+tax per day ($22 inclusive) if you use valet. Just mention to the valet that you are there for the jump.global summit and you'll be given the discounted. There are no in-and-out privileges.
